Staff Notes: (Note that –1 rubbers have more spacing between pips giving increased control over incoming spin and service returns, the –1 rubbers will have a slight decrease in ability to generate spin, but the speed is similar to standard version)

563-1 medium-pip is the best off speed blocking rubber, but it can also hit very well. Balls hit with 563-1 have some sink and some deception. This rubber performs best with 1.5, but 2.0 and thicker can be used for increased spin generation, thinner, or NO sponge can be used to promote the rubbers chopping, deception and spin variation abilities.
